Payal is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over eight years of clinical experience in family medicine and urgent care. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care with a strong emphasis on preventive health and evidence-based practice. Payal earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in 2017.

Nercie R. Danger, MD, MAMHC

Nercie R. Danger is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. She is an Atlanta native, by way of New Jersey and Port-au-Prince, Haiti (where she was born). Dr. Danger attended Spelman College for undergrad in psychology pre-med then pursued a masters in mental health counseling and behavioral medicine. She completed my medical degree at Central Michigan University College of Medicine and my residency training at The Emory Family Medicine program in Atlanta. She is a mom to a beautiful baby girl (and soon a son), wife to an amazing husband, sister to 2 amazing doctors in medicine and public health, daughter to her wonderful mom and dad, friend to many and humble servant to the community that raised her. Dr. Danger’s clinical Interests include: Women’s health/OBGYN, outpatient medicine, behavioral medicine, global health, patient education/advocacy and community health. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, binge-watching crime shows, and wedding planning.

Camelia is a dedicated and compassionate family nurse practitioner committed to providing patient-centered care that not only address immediate health concerns but also considers the broader context of the patient’s life. By fostering open communication and building trust, she strives to create a healing environment to promote the well being of the patient. She looks forward to improving her patient’s health and wellness at Lifeline Primary Care.

Seema Farheen is a dedicated and certified Physician Assistant with Lifeline Primary Care. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, GA. Passionate about preventative healthcare, Seema strives to deliver patient-centered care with a cheerful approach. Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Telugu, she ensures effective communication with diverse patients. Outside of the clinic, Seema enjoys exploring local coffee shops, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Phyllis Garay, FNP-C

Phyllis Garay, FNP-C

Phyllis Garay is originally from Peru. She has been working as a family nurse practitioner since 2022. Phyllis love running, so in her spare time you will find her at the park doing some laps! She also enjoys nature, wildlife, volunteering to connect with the community and travelling to connect with other people and understand other cultures. Phyllis also enjoys languages and can speak/understand some Korean like a novice learner, but is not as proficient as she is with Spanish. Besides the language barrier, she enjoys diversity and would like to focus on delivering culture-centered health care.

Princy George is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at NTR University in Andhra Pradesh, India, and her Master of Science degree from Walden University, Minnesota. She also has experience in the operating room as a Team Leader Nurse for Plastic Surgery at AVAMC, Georgia. She speaks English, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil. In her free time, she spends time with family and friends, and also enjoys singing, dancing, and social activities.

Iraj Ghaini Hesaroieh graduated from medical school in Serbia and practiced as a general physician in Iran for six years. Iraj is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated from Emory University.

Immani is an AANPCB certified family nurse practitioner from Bradenton, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida A & M University, then went on to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University. As a registered nurse with 7 years of experience, she has developed a passion for patient-centered care and improving her clinical leadership skills while advancing the nursing profession. In her free time, Immani enjoys spending time with family, the peace of the outdoors, and all things beauty.

Caroline Michael, FNP-C

Caroline Michael is a certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is originally from Pakistan, where she attended most of studies. In 2015, Caroline obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing at Emory University. She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and limited Persian and Tigrinya. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and spending time with dog, Choco.

Nicola Mitchell-Harvey, FNP is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who attended Ohio State University located in Athens, Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors. While working in the intensive care unit and radiology unit at Emory University Hospital, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Summa cum
laude. Nicola is passionate about educating her patients and taking the time to offer ways that they can improve their health and stay healthy. She is compassionate, kind and listens to her patients.
She is a strong patient advocate evidenced by the level of nursing practice and interdisciplinary collaboration to produce the best outcome for her patients.

Bhumi Patel is a board-certified and licensed Physician Assistant with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Mercer University and her Master of Health Sciences from South College in Atlanta. Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, Bhumi takes pride in offering comprehensive preventative healthcare and education, with a focus on serving a diverse range of patients. Outside of her professional role, Bhumi enjoys reading, exploring the vibrant city of Atlanta, and staying active, while cherishing quality time with family and friends.

Hava is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with Lifeline Primary Care. She maintains memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA), and Association of Physician Associates in Obstetrics & Gynecology (APAOG). She is dedicated to providing high quality patient-centered care through collaboration and informed decision making. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lander College for Women in Manhattan, NY and her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from UNC at Chapel Hill in North Carolina. Hava is experienced in caring for a wide variety of patients having worked in family medicine, pediatric ophthalmology, as well as a group home for women with developmental disabilities. Outside the office, Hava enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. She speaks English, Spanish, and Hebrew.

She is dedicated to emphasizing the importance of preventative medicine and patient education. She is fluent in English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exercising, and traveling.

Asmita Raut is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. With a strong foundation in clinical skills and patient education, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best health outcomes while fostering a supportive and collaborative care environment. Fluent in Nepali, Hindi, and English, Asmita is able to connect with a diverse range of patients.

Outside of her professional life, Asmita is a first-time mom, which has deepened her empathy and understanding of family dynamics. She cherishes her time spent with her family and finds joy in exploring new destinations and cultures. When she's not traveling, she enjoys relaxing and watching movies.
