By 2012, Aziz and his wife, Dr. Safia Pirani, opened up their own practice in Lilburn, the first Lifeline Primary Care location. Two years later, they added clinics in Norcross and in Clarkston, a refugee community filled with patients from war-stricken areas of the world.
