DeShannon Dixon comes to Lifeline Primary Care with more than 25 years of health care experience. She started humbly at the front desk and became a CEO ten years later. While originally from Alabama, DeShannon obtained her education (B.S and MBA) in North Carolina. She also holds over 10 certifications in health care management. Her most recent certification is in Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.

Ruby Davalos is an office administrator with 10 years of experience. She joined the Lifeline Primary Care team in 2024 as a front desk receptionist and is now one of our office administrators. She possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills and ensures the effectiveness of the company's staff and processes.

Fauzia Pesnani is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in healthcare management. She holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Herzing University in Georgia, USA, where she was recognized as Student of the Year. Additionally, she earned a BScN in Nursing from Karachi, Pakistan, a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Australia, an Oncology nursing certification from Alberta Health Services in Canada, a Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001 certification and a Humanistic Integrative Counseling Skills & Personal Development certification from the United Kingdom.

With over 15 years of diverse experience, Fauzia has held various roles across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and non-profit organizations. She has worked closely with cancer patients, founding the “Road to Recovery” support group for hospital patients and the online initiative "Rays of Hope," both of which have been highly valued by the patients they serve.

In addition to her professional achievements, Fauzia is passionate about giving back to the community through social work. She enjoys cooking & spending time with her family.

Alex Montes has been a part of the Lifeline Family since their doors first opened 12 years ago. She is a mom to 3 beautiful children and wife to an amazing man. During her free time, Alexa enjoys traveling, cooking, being outdoors and hanging out with family and friends.
